Privacy Policy

This policy explains how LiftLab and Fluxer Labs collect, use, store, and protect information in the LiftLab iOS app and website.

Who controls your data

LiftLab is operated by Fluxer Labs. Questions or privacy requests can be sent to info@fluxerlabs.com.

Information we collect

When you create an account, we receive an account identifier and, when provided by Apple or Google, your name and email address. Your LiftLab profile can include date of birth, sex or gender selection, height, weight, fitness level, goals, preferred training days, equipment, exercise preferences, and injury or discomfort information.

To run your training plan, LiftLab stores generated and custom routines, exercises, sets, repetitions, loads, RIR, workout dates and duration, exercise feedback, notes, block reviews, adherence, and progression history. Profile and custom exercise images selected from Photos remain on your device and are not uploaded by LiftLab.

Apple Health

Apple Health access is optional and requires your permission. LiftLab can read workout history and active energy, save completed strength workouts, and sync a limited workout summary to your account, including duration, active energy, and the Apple Health workout identifier. LiftLab does not use Health data for advertising or sell it to third parties. You can change Health permissions in iOS Settings or the Health app.

Voice notes

If you use voice input, LiftLab records a temporary audio file and sends it through Apple's speech recognition service to create text. The temporary file is removed after transcription or an error; the resulting text is treated like any other training note and may sync to your account. LiftLab does not upload the raw recording to its own servers.

Subscriptions

Purchases are processed by Apple. RevenueCat receives purchase and entitlement information needed to unlock LiftLab PRO, restore purchases, and provide subscription support. LiftLab does not receive your full payment card details.

Analytics and website data

LiftLab uses TelemetryDeck to understand product interactions such as onboarding, paywall, plan, workout, and sync events. Events can be associated with your LiftLab user identifier after sign-in. We do not use this data for cross-app advertising or tracking.

When you join the website waitlist, we collect your email address, signup time, source page, and basic visit information such as country. Vercel provides website hosting and aggregate traffic analytics. We use waitlist data for launch and early-access communication.

How we use and share information

We use information to authenticate your account, generate and adapt training plans, sync workouts across sessions, provide support, manage subscriptions, secure the service, and improve product reliability. We do not sell personal information.

Service providers process information only for these purposes. They include Apple and Google for sign-in, Supabase for authentication and database services, RevenueCat and Apple for subscriptions, TelemetryDeck for product analytics, and Vercel for website hosting and analytics.

Storage, retention, and security

LiftLab is offline-first: training data is stored on your iPhone and, after sign-in, selected account and training records sync to Supabase. We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no system can guarantee absolute security.

We keep account and training data while your account is active. Subscription and transaction records may be retained by Apple, RevenueCat, or us when required for fraud prevention, tax, accounting, dispute resolution, or other legal obligations.

Your choices and deletion

You can manage Health, microphone, speech recognition, notification, and Photos permissions in iOS Settings. You can delete your LiftLab account from Profile inside the app. This removes the Supabase account and synced LiftLab data and clears local app data. Data retained independently by Apple or another provider remains subject to that provider's policy and legal obligations.

You can request access, correction, or deletion, or unsubscribe from waitlist messages, by contacting info@fluxerlabs.com.

Children

LiftLab is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as LiftLab, its providers, or legal requirements change. The latest version and effective date will remain available on this page.
